Responsibilities:· Perform reliable process analyzer maintenance and repair in a chemical plant.· Understand various analyzer technologies and hardware and how they apply to chemical processing. · Understand sample conditioning principles and hardware and how to maintain, trouble shooting, and repair sampling systems.· Perform root cause failure analysis.· Suggest and develop PM and repair optimization strategies.· Perform regulatory environmental analyzer compliance testing and documentation.· Maintain shop documentation and spares.· Perform analyzer turnaround maintenance activities and project assignments. | ||||
